In recent years, a completely new residential quarter with terraced houses and apartment buildings has been developed in Weckhoven, a district of Neuss. A varied play zone runs along the central green corridor with its stream — and we were able to realise it in several phases.
The main feature is the transparent rings play unit with slide, sand hoist and various entry points, located in the largest play area on the site.
For little ones, there’s a large digging box with vegetable‑themed mud‑kitchen tables.
All of the play equipment along the stream — including the spinning pole, hammock and the sand play unit with a colourful light “lollipop” — has been mounted on an “animal garage” base structure.
