The play structure at the Lohberg Colliery in Dinslaken is pretty futuristic. The focus is the skywalk, where children and adults – as the name suggests – can almost walk up into the sky. Because of the skywalk’s sloping route, the view towards the horizon is constantly changing.
And once you reach the top? From the platform you get a brilliant view across the site, which you can explore even further with a telescope. Anyone who wants to feel solid ground under their feet again quickly – and fancies a thrill – can simply take the fast free‑fall slide down. Down there, a large sand area with swivelling buckets and many more play options awaits, along with swings.
